Hi, my name is Kristi Pladgema. I have been in the fitness community since I was 17 but I have always struggled with my body image and my relationship with food! To my knowledge, I was very aware of what I should and should not be eating and I felt so stuck, until I met Brittany. My amazing trainer Ivan, recommended Brittany to me and I began working with her in April. She seriously opened my eyes to what is good for my body specifically and helped me lose 3.5% body fat in less than 3 months!! I do not work out every day and I don’t kill myself in the gym anymore either nor do I eat like a rabbit and or starve myself! Her method made it so easy to slowly change the things I needed to take out of my diet without feeling insanely restricted all of a sudden.
I then went on vacation for 2 weeks where normally I would gain everything back or just get insanely out of shape but because I did my genotype test which Brittany recommended, I knew which foods to keep away from while there and the basis of what I should eat without having to necessarily diet. I actually came home feeling even leaner and have lost little to no progress. I didn’t gain a single pound while there and I actually lost 4.

Besides her work, Brittany is a beautiful soul!! Such a positive energy to be around with absolutely no judgement at all, I always feel so comfortable at our meetings whether we were doing my body fat test, or I was telling her that i have had trouble eating clean this past week.

I had been struggling to lose weight for a while and needed help. Nothing I did was working and I was frustrated. Fortunately, I was referred to Brittany from a very good friend of mine and have been working with her for almost a year. I have a unique job where I sit a lot and it was challenging to shed pounds. But once i started working with Brittany, I began seeing signs of progress every month. Now after 8 months I am down 15 lbs. which is 8% body fat. Brittany has been such a pleasure to work with. She listened to my concerns and how I was struggling with weight loss. Then she created a meal plan and several workouts for me and after which i finally started seeing results.
What I really like about working with Brittany is she listens to you, is very caring, and understands when you start to struggle. Then she finds workable solutions and comes up with different ideas so you can move the scale in the right direction. I also like that she is accessible to you when you have questions, especially when you are shopping at the grocery store. With the vast number of foods and ingredients today, it can become overwhelming trying to figure out what foods are healthy at the store. But Brittany has already done most of the research and can tell you if a food is ok to eat or not, based on the ingredients listed.
